We are loving Change’s in Puerto Penasco 2/7/24. Excellent meal and service. We had coconut shrimp and Flounder. We also had a couple Bohemia beers which we loved! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $300–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Seafood
Fun spot to go for a giant margarita and bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers. Order “Changos Margarita” off the menu for the big one. I recommend that you ask for the tequila you really like, because there is a lot of it. The glass hold a liter! Jalapeño poppers were made with the yellow jalapeños, so they’re not too hot. Stuffed with cheese and shrimp and wrapped in bacon, 🥓 they are really balanced. Waiter, Orlando was on point both times we were there so kudos on the customer service. They do take credit cards 💳 but you need cash for tipping as with most all restaurants. The wait staff at most all restaurants only make a few bucks a day so please tip well. Tony Ray
Expensive for the quality of food. Not coming here again. The boneless chicken wings were chewy. The tostada shrimp w/octopus was tasteless. The ONLY good thing was the fries and soft drinks. We paid $130 for 4 adult meals and 2 kids meals 6 plus drinks, which all drinks non-alcoholic. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $100–200 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Good place but very expensive. We had basic mediocre food for 6 with 2 beverages/pp and the bill was almost $270 before tip. Crazy. We did get right in when other restaurants in the area had a long wait, next time we'll wait. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Great food! The garlic shrimp quesadilla is Da Bomb! Every shrimp dish is excellent. The Mexican shrimp cocktail is best in R.P. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Service is great. They deserve 5 stars. Food was not so good. Had some shrimp tacos and fish tacos and were just sad. The fish tacos was frozen breaded fish fillet from Walmart and or fish sticks 😆 it was sad (picture to prove it) The shrimp tacos were horrid just boiled shrimp on a tortilla. The tortilla was the worst. Hard and brittle tortilla. Definitely does not give you the authenticity of Mexican cuisine. I asked the waiter for some home made salsa and he was kind enough to bring some off the menu. For that they get 2 stars. Definitely overpriced for the quality of food. But again this is not known as a restaurant it is known as a party place. I was just hungry and was walking distance from condo.

The best part was the drink, even though the michelada was a bit watery. And ceviche was decent but a little salty. Might try another place, food was ok but not worth coming back for.
