Chacha's Special Binalot is a special place. I love the customer service and the food. Although sometimes it's a hit or miss but there's always a room for improvement. Hoping to give this a 5 star soon.

Very fast service. I guess it's a popular place to eat because there are a lot of customers inside aside from take out orders delivered by Food Panda and Grab Food. Nice menus, loved the food
