Kotoffski is honestly the most beautiful Cat Cafe me and my boyfriend have ever visited! We have visited many other cat cafes all over the Europe but this one was really special. Waitresses were so kind and sweet, interior was nicely decorated and all the cats were just perfect! The menu is well composed, food and drinks were very tasty. Huge thanks to all girls who are working there, they made our experience really precious! Lovely place, very clean, great staff, beautiful cats that are rather well fed so don’t need a lot of attention from visitors. The staff are so wonderful, nice and welcoming. The food is so great, for example the burger is way better than a McDonald's one. There are so many cat themed statues, paintings, pillows and everything. It looks so cozy and the cats, the best part of all, are so beautiful, all look different from one another. A great place, one of the best cat cafes I have been to. It serves some great coffee and cakes. The only and biggest disadvantage for me is the lack of lactose free milk options. Definitely worth going to Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person €5–10 Recommended dishes Яблочный Штрудель

Food and atmosphere is amazing. Just a bit upset that there is only a few cats 🐈 (six all together in different room). We have imagined it to be more busy with cats, so that you see them all the time, like in Riga or in Vilnius. If all six cats eating or hiding, this place seems not connected with its name, just a nice café. I assume it is not cheap to look after them. Absolutely amazing place, relaxing atmosphere, food delicious, staff very friendly. Cats so adorable, this cat cafe piece of art, definitely recommend to visit this place. Love this magical place. Visiting it every year when we are in Daugavpils. It is traditional for our family to see cats and eat food. The personnel are professional and make everyone feel invited. Thank you. We will be back next year. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

1 star only for cute cats as poor things deserve that. owner very rude, half menu not available and information lacking and at the end of overpriced meal you are informed cards are not acepted as if people walk with few hundreds € in pockets these days. Be prepared anything non traditional is very poor imitation aka burgers are cold and unpeeled prawns in Salad! Make a note for half of tiny menu not being available. If you go for cats and to support them, go to shelter and spend time helping and donate to animals, don’t fill ungratefull peoples pockets with your hard earned cash. Make a note how rude replies are to any 3 and under star reviews. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch
