Best ravioli I have ever tried! Amazing how something so simple can be made so flavourful when the right, fresh ingredients are used - pictured is the maltese ravioli and pasta with seafood.
Cannot give 5 stars because service was slow, as per the other reviews. It was a little hard to get waiters’ attention which is always frustrating.
Initially, there was no table outside so we were sat inside and asked to be re-seated if there was availability; 5 minutes later, our kind server escorted us to a prime location table outside next to the fountain! The ambiance made up for the long waiting time.
Recommended if you have ample time in Rabat/Mdina.

We just had our Christmas Lunch at Palazzo Castelletti. The food was great. The service excellent. From the event manager, Ivana, who had to change my table size from 6 to 9 people at short notice and gave us the exact table we wanted... to the waiter on the day, Mirco, the service was friendly and pleasant.

a delicious experience. restaurant with several environments, we decided to stay in a medieval-style space. Wine menu with several options, however one of the wines we chose was not available. One of the few negative points is the ambient music, Christmas music was playing and repeated throughout the entire dinner.

Great restaurant in the historic center of Rabat in an equally historic and elegant townhouse with its internal courtyard. A touch on the expensive side but food and delivery definitely meets expectations.

We've had the pleasure of dining at Palazzo Castelletti about four times, including two special occasions. Without a doubt, the food has consistently been exceptional, but what truly sets this place apart is the extraordinary level of service. If the weather permits, I highly recommend sitting outdoors; the ambiance is truly one of the best I've experienced. Whether you're looking for a relaxed and enjoyable evening or celebrating a special occasion, I wholeheartedly recommend Palazzo Castelletti. The dishes were so delicious that we couldn't resist digging in before snapping any photos!

Rabbit Ravioli
Staffs were generally nice especially one young lady was really friendly. Except one male waiter was impatient and took our orders wrong. Butter chicken was good, the seafood pasta was totally undercooked, both the penne and the prawn. We sat outdoor, table was covered with dust.

We had a good meal here, it was late but they still let us order. We had a shrimp appetizer… I expected larger, tiger shrimps cooked on the barbecue… so it was quite small I thought considering the price… but they tasted great. We also got a fresh fish of the day special and it was very well done, served with vegetables and the fries were very tasty too. The waiter filleted the fish for us table side. It’s an open kitchen with a huge window, nice to see the process. The garden is elegant and calming. Staff was nice.
