Wonderful place for breakfast, they have various offers for a great price, the food and coffee are phenomenal. Atmosphere is wonderful, as if you have entered a fairy tale. I was delighted with the arrangement and details, how carefully everything is coordinated, every detail tells its own story! Loved it! Absolutely amazing experience! The place is lovely, very nice and comfortable. There are tables outside and inside with and without air conditioning. The lady who served us was the best! Very friendly and caring. We ordered drinks and Sundays. Everything yummy and high standard. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person €5–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
4 of us came for breakfast on one day, and then lunch the next, the service and staff were great. A very quaint tea shop, with a great selection of food on the menu, a soft music playing in the background. The staff were very friendly but not intrusive. A 5 star experience. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person €15–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Full English Breakfast
Disappointingly slow service and lack of interest from the woman behind the counter in serving us, despite being the only customers at the counter. We ordered takeaway coffee which took the woman around 10 minutes for 3 simple coffees (she had no other orders or customers to deal with) and they were very much below average. Milk was virtually room temperature in our lattes and the drinks overall had a strange taste. We've paid much less elsewhere for far better service and coffee. Disclaimer: This entire review is the opinion of the reviewer, based on their personal experience We arrive at 11:50 and ask to order something from the breakfast menu. It takes the woman behind the counter 5min before she heads to the kitchen to ask if we can place the order. At 11:57 she comes out and says no. We ask what does the menu say about breakfast timings, she says breakfast until 12. So, we will report you to trading standards for false advertising - if we're not mistaken some of these infringements carry hefty fines - such as displaying incorrect prices. Of course, at this point is too late to go for breakfast elsewhere, but rest assured, we found a place that understands customer service and after hearing how we were treated, served us breakfast beyond what their menu says. Not everyone can adhere to fancy schedules as life is too busy as it is. I imagine some think that we work for them and can order us around, I think you'll find the one who pays gives the orders. This is what happens when you give second chances to some, as few months ago we wanted to book afternoon tea for 8 people, one of whom couldn't have caffeine, so we asked can we swap the English breakfast tea for this 1 person for caffeine -free tea instead. We were told no, not possible. If we remember correctly, each one of the 8 people would have spent €15  on the afternoon tea, well we didn't because we very much disliked the pettiness of not wanting to swap one cup of tea for a valid reason. We see that the petiness is still there, so never again Service: 1
The place has this Instagram-worthy vibe with cool decor that's perfect for snapping pics. But, truth be told, the experience left me a tad disappointed. The service was annoyingly slow, and the prices were way too much for what you get – not to mention, having to order only at the bar was a hassle. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person €10–15 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
I called to book and no one answered the phone. I stopped by the cafe and asked if we could sit inside the cafe. The attendant looked at my face and my husband's for a long time, but without any explanation they didn't let us sit even though the establishment had all the seats free. The attendant told me to sit outside but it was full and she didn't want to talk to my husband anymore. In other words, she practically sent us away after looking at my face. I will never go back to this cafe again. Terrible and discriminating service. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Value for money sucks! We were attracted by the decoration and the atmosphere of this beautiful place, but when we saw the prices our enthusiasm immediately waned. We ordered nutella pancakes (6€50) and a salmon waffle (9€50). The pancakes were frozen, and so hard they were impossible to cut with a knife. The waffle was correct, but you can easily find better close to Carolina's Petit Cafe. In summary, don't be fooled by the picture I posted, the food was not tasty at all, and so did not justify the exorbitant prices!
I have 2 friends with opposite opinions about this place, one told me that it was horrible that I should never go there and the other told me that she loved it, so I decided to go myself and live the experience, the place is physically beautiful, everything it looks perfect, the service is not the best since they don't serve you at the table, but most importantly, the taste of the food and that is why my rating is not a 5, I ordered a banana cake, my favorite always, it was very good looking excellent as for a photo, but… and the taste? is it enough just to look good? The cake didn't taste bad, but it didn't have any banana flavor anywhere, it looked more like a vanilla cake, totally disappointing.

The most amazingly decorated cafeteria in Malta and the high prices fill you with lots of expectations. We ordered blueberry cake, espresso, gluten free scones, pink afternoon tea and smoothie. The first thing that struck me as I entered was the variety of mouth watering cakes available. Our first interaction with the hosts was being greeted, ushered to a table and told to order at the counter, even though the café was not busy. We were first served the drinks. The espresso was a lungo, the smoothie was not homogeneous and looked off. The taste was great though. The anemic looking scones, both the normal and gluten free ones were smallish and hard. Felt as if re-heated. No cream was served with the scones and we had to ask for it even though it was on the menu. Jam and clotted cream though were delightful. The pink tiered platter looked beautiful - the donut and the jam filled biscuit looked factory perfect and felt like they weren't made by the café. The ham and cherry tomato sandwich was replaced by a ham and cheese one without asking us. The salmon and avocado bun was an sickly looking green bun filled with a skimpy slice of salmon and store bought avocado spread. The promise of quiche saw us two finger sized quiches. Final verdict: go in for a photo but for good food and decent prices find other places. 2/5
