We visited this place mid morning on Sunday. The place was tidy, staff and service was very good. We've ordered Philly Cheesesteak Big Angus combo, Memphis BBQ combo, and Palm Springs meal. All the burger offered unique flavours and very yummy. No artificial taste. The chips were also great. Parking on site available. Dedicated area to wash your hand. You can also choose and get your own drink. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Love the Alabama chicken 😋😋 grandbabies like the double cheese burger 🍔 smoothies are nummy. As for service 🤔 where we go. Straight up. Have only had to wait a few times via: drive thru. Understandably. Don't remember having to wait to be served 😊👍 jst the usual line thing 🤔😊😂 Oh. As for staff. Have only met 4 very friendly, welcoming staff with wonderful smiles 😃 in all the years we've been going to Carl's juniors. Besides this. Great place to go to for yummy meals n drinks. Yup. I went into the store and purchased 2 burgers and fries, $40 and 2min later, I got cold food that had obviously been made some time ago. No wonder the place was virtually deserted. Very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend. Edit: I contacted Carl's Jr by email about the service I received on Sunday, and they called me to offer a replacement meal. (As long as I got the replacement meal before the weekend) While I was waiting for my meal I noticed that only two tables were being used, so I went to sit at a table. Unfortunately the table hadn't been wiped, so I headed for another table. After realising that all the tables needed cleaning, I approached the counter to ask for a cloth to wipe the table and chairs before I sat down. One of the staff then emerged with a damp chux cloth and a scowl, and proceeded to furiously rub the sauce off the table. It seems the patches and smears of food and sauce had been there for some time as it took a good bit of elbow grease to remove. I decided to stand while waiting for my order. I couldn't wait to leave. I will not be back. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $40–50

Food was really good I appreciated the staff for their services. When the food came to me it was warm so as the chips I reccommend this place to everyone. I think the people who put a 3 star review or less doesn't know the great quality of the food that is served at Carls Jr. This place deserves a Michelin Star. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Awesome and very friendly people who serve you will and smile at the counter and you can have as much coke and drinks for free when you buy one drink you can have as many drinks after that free and clean and tidy and TV to watch as your eating cool I recommend it to the whole family and friends and everyone who enjoy yummy food happy 😊 😃 😀 😄 😁 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I am sorry to write this review as I wish upon nothing else that I could give this place a good review. There was about ten minutes when nobody was serving customers at the front and when the order came out it was just thrown on the counter. Side sauces were left in delivery box's on counter. No ice in machine and when I got my burger combo and opened it up it had just been thrown together sauce all over outside of burger. To be honest looked like it had been thrown. I am disappointed to say the least. As I was going to go to Cafe, will do that next time sorry as this was not the review I was wanting to write.Jave just been back wanting to give a second change ,but sadly I have to say burger looked like someone sat on it and on one in restaurant.went to toilet into 2 of them so very dirty But was desperate so had to just go .when I looked around only to find this...O MY GOD plz tell me how this place is aloud to stay open . .
