I'd go with chicken stroganoff and start light, tried almost all "meze" that suit well with chicken and a good white wine. Dessert, souffle done the fine finish. Variety of salads and other delicious sides to blend. Pretty good for a start. A new version of the old, known taste gave us a good impression. Were 4 that experience, enjoyed every moment.
