Caricole / Llc in Koksijde is an amazing restaurant with a great atmosphere and even better food. The Belgian Stew (Vlaamse Stoverij) is a must-try dish, with freshness and quality ingredients making it incredibly delicious. The bouillabaise is also a popular choice, with plenty of fish and half a lobster, although it could use a bit more pepper. The small sole is also very good. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and they even offer a gratis Limoncello shot at the end. The menu is limited, but the food is top notch and the lobster seems to be a popular choice. There is also a great wine selection, although not cheap. The restaurant is small and quaint, and it is in a beautiful area of Flanders. Highly recommended for a special occasion or family meal.
