Wow!! Carbón is amazing, from the appetizers to the main dishes everything was delicious. Great drinks, great service, I can’t recommend them enough. As a resident of Sayulita I will be visiting them often, can’t wait to try their burger next time. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The best new restaurant in Sayulita. Located on the north side away from all the craziness, but you still get nice ambiance. I’ve been back multiple times craving the rib eye. The burger is also rib eye, great quality. For starters, you can share the burrata salad or provoleta. If you want your own, you’re not gonna want to share the delicious grilled Ceasar salad with the local made sour dough bread. And wash it all down with a pineapple ginger margarita.

Hands down the best restaurant in Sayulita. Been to Sayulita twice and this place absolutely blew everything out of the water. Amazing food. Terrific seveice. Fantastic margs. They just opened, and we kind of want to keep the secret to ourselves but this place deserves to be recognized. Food is very tasty, we had a great time here and the staff is very nice, I will say the price vs the food is a bit expensive. This is the only restaurant in Sayulita that we went to more than once. The food is absolutely delicious. The burger and burrata salad were fantastic ! Everyone who works there are so happy and provided amazing service. Highly recommend if you’re in Sayulita! Or worth the road trip to go to! We’ll be back again and again !! Carbón was our favourite restaurant in Sayulita. We went back multiple nights during our stay here. The service was refreshing, the food was impeccable and they served the BEST Margaritas by far!
