Best place for shrimp tacos!! The tempura ones are incredible. I had them multiple times. People are lovely. Service excellent. Please check this place out. 10/10. Meal type Dinner Price per person $100–200

We got dropped off at the Lobster place we asked for this place, they told us walk 2 blocks towards back then take a left then keep walking basically till you find it... don't do this it's sketchy HOWEVER we finally found it and it was worth it!! Just walk straight from Lobster place it takes you to it! Food was great! A tad hot in there but lemonade was perfect! Service was slow but they were busy! Check them out! Ordered tempura shrimp and garlic shrimp. The tempura shrimp was incredible and my partner loved the garlic shrimp. Highly recommended to try it here. It was 90 pesos for 3 tacos. Not a lot of sides to go with the tacos though. One thing to note: be aware of the orange sauce. It is very spicy. We were in Mahahual for two weeks. We ate here five times. It was our favourite restaurant. Their whole fried fish is specifically yum. Very reasonable in price. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–100 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Very delicious taco’s! Try garlic fish or shrimp… this brought us three days in a row to this place :) Paella, coconut shrimp and cerviche are also very tasty!

I really recommend this place. My partner and I had twice dinner here and both times food was delicious. I totally recommend the mixed nachos,they were outstanding. Fish tacos were also great. You can pay by card as well incresing the amount by 3.5%. Tomorrow we are having dinner again here!

The hype is real here! We found this hole in the wall and we could tell that it was the real deal from the get go. This is a place that’s popular even amongst locals. Make sure to get either the shrimp or fish tempura, I promise you won’t regret it. The guacamole and chips also tasted super fresh. Super reasonable price as well. Food: 5

Really nice place with friendly service. There is the possibility to pay by card if you pay 3.5%more. We have the shrimps tacos and the fish fille which were delicious. According to Google they close at 20:30 but they're actually open til 21:30

The food and service by Darwin was excellent. This little restaurant one block away from the beach was recommended by one of the local cab captains and he was right. Food is delicious and fresh where not just locals eat, but people like our selves that strive to explore the locals and just don’t settle for what is being sold to tourists. This is a must stop next time we visit Costa Maya. Total lunch, including beer and tip was $30 US dollars.
