It was a fantastic experience.Amazing food and service. The Tashkent tea is superb. We have Beshbarmak with horse meat! It was really tasty. Visited September 2023. We had a brilliant experience visiting this restaurant. Great food; super atmosphere, especially the 'happy birthday' dance performed by the waiting staff, and very affordable for western guests. The service was a little slow but this may be due to the popularity of the restaurant. The menu is varied and delicious. Loved it. We had a wonderful time here! The food and service were excellent. The decorations and ambience was superb. They have a play area for children, which was very helpful for us and the staff were all very understanding of children being children—they even brought lollipops at one point! I would highly recommend this tea house, especially for families! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

One of the kind of the authentic places to try all kinds of national food and be stunned by dances in national costumes. However, it was sooo loud you could hardly hear your neighbour, and a great influence of the latest songs. Left one with the mixed feelings.. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I loved that, food was really good, local, well served and with professional service. It is a place I went maybe 4 times in week when I stayed in Almaty. On top, the place is very nice decorated (to me), it somehow always helped to have nice mood. Full of colours and cozy, yet spacious.
