"Hidden Gem Alert! Caffe Windsor is a delightful find tucked away in Inglewood. I can't recommend their coffee enough; it's truly excellent and always hits the spot. And let's talk about their milkshakes - an absolute 10 out of 10! Creamy, flavorful, and pure bliss. When it comes to food, their toasted sandwiches are my go-to choice. They never disappoint and provide the perfect sustenance to keep me going throughout the day. Oh, and a word of warning: it's nearly impossible to resist their cabinet desserts on the way out the door. They're simply irresistible! Caffe Windsor has become my favorite spot to recharge and indulge in delicious treats. The friendly staff and cozy atmosphere add to the overall experience. If you're in Inglewood, don't miss out on this wonderful cafe. Highly recommended!" I hope you find this review helpful!

Would strongly recommend this place if you like: Amazing friendly service Delicious exciting food Great atmosphere Plenty of yummy dishes to choose from Prompt service Relaxed environment Fair prices A flavour explosion on your plate Leaving with a full tummy and a smile on your dial 😊 While photographing our meals, I knocked my full drink over spilling it everywhere. The staff saw what happened and were attentive with a cloth to mop it up. Unexpectedly, the staff were right back with a replacement drink for me and a smile. Will certainly return to this fine establishment!
Every time we have to go to New Plymouth we come to Cafe Windsor for lunch. Lovely staff, excellent food (the chicken and bacon sandwich is the best). Had to take my mother up to NP today and our experience today was no different. My mother is grateful for a nice hot coffee and we can’t wait to come back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Stopped in for the donuts, but by the time we got there they'd sold out and we missed out. The coffee was nice and served reasonably quickly. It's a cool venue, with indoor and outdoor seating. The wood fire wasn't going when we visited but no doubt it is very cosy on a cold day. Lots of easy parking outside.
Very disappointed. I found that now the cafe has changed hands the quality of the meals has dropped away and for the price I won't be going back. some of the staff have bad customer service, speaking to customers in a nasty dismissive way. When spending $356.00 I really expect better. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Sent my toastie back as the bread didn't look toasted, and the filling was cold. I also ordered a raw fejoa juice, and the fejoas tasted old. I drank it and mentioned it to the staff, but they didn't seem particularly bothered. I felt my food was bad value for money. This was always the place we had family brunches when I came over from Australia but today's experience was sadly and unanimously disappointing. Because I don't want to destroy a business I'm going to add why so there's potential to rectify. Bacon burnt but you still served it, used margarine and pre buttered the toast, (margarine in a country that has the best dairy products in the world? ) avocado was not fresh avocado but some tubed variety, asked for medium done egg and it was rock hard, omelette was like fried egg pancake with stuff on top not light and fluffy as described. Service was hit and miss. Coffee was good though.
