We were pretty tired and wanted somewhere to sit and relax with a hot drink and this was perfect. Not too crowded with well spaced seats. Chilled staff but not unresponsive and did check on us. We had their special hot chocolates which were very good. They were nice and hot and came with whipped cream and chocolate sauce. Just what we were looking for and a nice change to crowded coffee chains
