Maya Vinic has the best coffee I've had. My family lives in Chiapas (I lived there 15 years) and every time I go visit I always buy plenty of coffee for the rest of the year. The dark roast gourmet is my preferred blend—with a strong smell and the perfect amount of bitterness. They also have small bags (250g each) which I find are perfect gifts or souvenirs. Honey, dark chocolate bars and a couple other products are usually available too, but the star of the show is definitely their coffee.
Has WiFi, good coffee, open late….chill place to post up and work.

Amazing coffee. Fair trade and farmer-collective owned. Chiapas coffee at it’s finest.

I ordered French press coffee with blend beans last time and really enjoyed the taste of the coffee from Chiapas. It was strong enough to taste coffee. Recommended!
