About
Cafe Stamba, located in Tbilisi, offers a fusion of Asian and Georgian cuisine that is sure to satisfy any discerning palate. The establishment boasts a trendy and vibrant ambiance with an emphasis on outdoor seating. The interior design is stunning with its unique blend of retro and modern elements. While prices may be on the higher side, the quality of food and service more than make up for it. One of Cafe Stamba's standout features is their farm-to-table approach, sourcing fresh herbs from their vertical farm indoors. Their menu offers a variety of vegetarian options, which is rare in Tbilisi. Dishes such as the "salmon plate" and "khachapuri" (a Georgian cheese-filled bread) are among the favorites. For those looking for something more Asian-inspired, the "ramen" and "Tom Yum" are must-tries. Cafe Stamba also has an impressive selection of cocktails, including the popular "Aperol spritz," and a great wine list. For those looking for non-alcoholic options, their lemonades and smoothies are refreshing and delicious. In addition to the restaurant, Cafe Stamba also features a coffee roastery and gourmet chocolatier, making it the perfect spot for a caffeine and chocolate fix. The establishment also includes a bar with top-notch bartenders who can whip up any drink to perfection. Overall, Cafe Stamba is a fine dining spot that offers a unique and memorable dining experience with its excellent food, stunning interior, and great atmosphere.

Unfortunately I could not try the food, since I arrived at 12:15 for lunch and despite the mention “open” on Google, their lunch service only starts after 1pm. I sat outside to wait and ended up getting some khachapuri there, which was fine. I could work for a while (like 30min) and then had the waitress tell me they didn’t allow people to work too much there. So I left :) The building though is very very cool. If you need a place to work, grab a workstation at D Block for the day. Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

The design and the location is just fantastic I liked it a lot and of course it's not cheap but there is a lot of effort put in everything! It's not that easy to see from the outside and it doesn't look like a restaurant from the beginning when being outside. The staff is friendly and is fine with us just walking along there. I absolutely loved the atmosphere and vibe of this cafe. It's perhaps one of the most beautiful cafes I've ever seen. I would love to go there every day and read a book. There is also a library next to the cafe, which is also very beautiful. We ordered pizza and potato salad, which I honestly didn't like very much, but my husband was satisfied, so I can't give a definitive opinion on that. The wine was also of high quality and we were satisfied. They also charge 18% service tax. Overall, it is definitely recommended, at least for the atmosphere (not the food).
