When we arrived the first thing I noticed was the extremely beautiful interior. It was so artsy and cute, the attention to detail was amazing.
The shop is also located by a lake so the scenery you get while eating takes the experience to another level.
Food was delicious, serving traditional Japanese food. The owner was also really nice and friendly, even gave me candy!
Would definitely come back here again, absolutely loved it 🤩

After an afternoon ATV ride we found this cute cafe near Lake Saiko. It had beautiful views of the lake and the ambiance inside was so nice. I ordered vegetable soba with rice which was delicious. My husband had stuffed chicken and fries which he really enjoyed. My daughter had the curry chicken which she said was very tasty.

Beautiful views of the lake. We had a delicious lunch here lakeside. There is a small parking lot available. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the Fuji lakes area!

We stopped by this pretty and quaint place for coffee but despite the cozy environment of the cafe, the service was absolutely lackluster. I have been to Japan many times and have lived here before but the service that I have received at this cafe is probably the worst that I had ever experienced in the country.
Despite being a foreigner, I’m fluent in Japanese and the two obasans who were fronting the shop made scathing comments about our group in Japanese, which I completely understood.
It was disappointing that as paying patrons who were respectful to them, we were the subject of such unkind comments.

Very nice little cafe restaurant with outdoor seating, wide variety of food and English friendly. Very reasonably priced. Nice views of the lake and very friendly atmosphere and staff.
We had some nice cake (apple pie and lemon tart) and tea here during our bike ride around Saiko Lake and Lake Kawaguchi in April 2023. It's a nice place to stop and take a break when the weather is cold or rainy! It's cozy and the owners are welcoming. Menu is available in English.
