Service was great. Server came offered to give me great recommendations of things to do during my stay. Food was great. Detox green juice I got was fresh. The don tomas sandiwich was good. But those salted potatoes really stole the show. They were seasoned perfectly and crispy on the outside but soft and creamy and buttery on the inside I'd go back just for those. Wonderful breakfast! Pancakes or hotcakes, maple syrup, scrambled eggs bacon and a large cappuccino! Absolutely delicious and recommended!

Great food. Our waiter Margareto was very inviting and attentive. We ordered the flank steak omelette, German shooter, a fruit plate, and coffee. The flank steak omelette could be addictive. Everything is fresh and full of flavor. Definitely coming back!
Absolutely worth visiting for their very good breakfasts and croissants, the best we had so far in Mexico. Menu is very extensive, selection of pastry is very decent, service staff is friendly and accommodating. There are indoor (with fully blowing air conditioning) and outdoor seats available. Prices are reasonable as well.
Nice hotel restauraunt with very friendly service. The omelette was a really bug satisfying portion. Coffe taste was good but could improve the milk foam preparation. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place is excellent and many locals visit here as well! It’s reasonable and service is phenomenal. It feels very upscale for the pricing and is air conditioned!! I would highly recommend getting the fresh squeezed orange juice. One of the best I’ve ever had.
Excellent service, tasty food, and reasonable prices. We got a “pick your own” egg plate with chorizo, chaya, and tomato with potatoes and corn tortillas on the side. (They accommodated my allergies to onion and gluten without hesitation.) The second plate was Arroz a la Cubana. Both were very tasty! After our meal, they let us work on our laptops using their free WiFi and we never felt like they were rushing us to leave. It isn’t the fastest internet ever, but we had no problem loading webpages and downloading some files. We’ll be back again.
My girlfriend and I had the "super fit" and the egg white omelette for breakfast. They were not bad... But service was slow and it's expensive for what it is. You can find better places than this for breakfast in Tulum

Its Salmon Time at Café Don Tomás located in town on Satelite. The breakfast and lunch options are made with fresh and healthy ingredients. I tried the smoked salmon on a bed of sprouts, tomato, avocado and goat cheese. It was served on a slice of homemade whole grain bread, and topped with capers and a basil emulsion. Absolutely delicious! We can't wait to return for lunch. The hamburgers look amazing!
