Takeaway chicken sandwich, with garlic yoghurt. Absolutely delicious! I was afraid I might still be hungry after just the sandwich but nope, very filling. Was here on the evening of Wednesday 7th June 2023. After standing looking at the menu board for a while, I was going to sit in and eat, but decided I really couldn't be bothered listening to 3 of the girls talking loudly and laughing loudly enough that I knew I didn't want to stay. I was served by another young small built girl who was trying to learn the job but I believe struggled with taking my order because of the distraction from the noise of the other 3 girls. Anyway I ordered as a 'takeaway', paid and left. I couldn't help but wonder why the smaller Turkish place two doors along had 4 or people in it yet Anatolia had no one but myself. 🤔 The food I got was the lamb and chips and the bread and dips. It wasn't bad however the lamb obviously seemed a bit old or reheated or something. Value for money - it was ok I guess but not something I would go back for. Photos attached. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me. Food is very good and at an affordable price. Also very filling. Meat on chips is my absolute favourite and I definitely recommend. Some of the staff are nice but others seem very uneasy to talk to. Fair enough taste, tried multiple dishes and most were average tasting nothing too special. Tables were not clean, only 1 staff member was working so looked like she was over worked Gozlemes are terrible unfortunatly. The kebabs were ok, chips was good and large portion. This is first time to eat here in around 18 months. Previously we loved it, but our meals tonight were well below standard, the lamb tasting old and muttony with uninspiring salads and sauces. The prices had gone up as well, but that is standard across the board. And the lamb has left a fatty aftertaste. Yik. Very odd eating experience - the first fully kiosk based ordering system I’ve seen in a small business. The food was decent and portions were large, but the lack of customer service and loud mechanical noises made this a disappointment. The service at Cafe Anatolia is non- existent. I ordered through there kiosk and no greeting whatsoever. All of them are busy talking about their lives while people are lining up and not minding how loud their voices are. Such terrible food attendants! It's a shame since no frill meat and rice that I ordered is quite good and tasty. No wonder people don't want to dine in. I should have read the reviews before ordering in. Feeling like I wasted my $19.00. Wouldn't be coming back. Food: 3 Atmosphere: 2
