Another good option for breakfast or light lunch. Plenty of options: bowls, toasts, bagels, smoothies… really tasteful.
They just accept cash, It seems recently opened. The prices are a bit higher than similar places nearby, they include the service charge in the bill (We found it rude). Probably they need more time to improve certain things.
A cool, airy attractive outdoor cafe. The egg and avocado bagel I had was fresh and tasty. For Holbox, it's quite expensive, but healthy cafes tend to be. A good place to visit if you need some salad and a break from tacos!

Love this place! We had breakfast here two times. They have delicious burritos but also bagels, smoothie bowls. A real hip interrior. I think it is fairly new as well. Cash only!
Went there for breakfast this morning. Both bread dishes were tasty enough, but for the price (~8-9€) ridiculously little. The service was extremely inattentive and slow, and some of the ingredients were already out at 11 a.m., so that no more avocado dishes or cappuccinos could be ordered. As a reward for the poor service, a 15% tip was added to the handwritten bill and summed up as a total. Fortunately, unlike other reviewers, we were able to avoid this payment. Unfortunately, absolutely not to be recommended.

The restaurant looks nice at first. I don’t think that the quality justify the steep prices. Especially when you consider that you will have to pay a mandatory (!) 15% tip. When we confronted the waiter that we only want to tip 10% (which is in the normal range for Mexico) he said that this would not be possible.
Long story short: I wouldn’t recommend going there

Avoid absolutely. At first the place looks nice. Nevertheless we took 2 "jugos" (juices) which took forever to arrive. Worse, these were highly diluted in water with tons of ice (probably less than 20% of juice in them) for a prohibitive price of 90 pesos each. Although our table had not even been been cleaned (crumbs from previous customers still on the table) and service super slow we got the bill with 15% service added. We payed the bill without those 15% and left (FYI there's a mexican law stating that propina=tip is OPTIONAL this happened to us several times in Holbox we always checked that there was no indication about the 10-20% service in the menus and we did not pay it unless satisfied and never got waiters running after us for it). My advice: buy your juice from the lady in the street next to it: 50 pesos for 0.5L of pure juice and stay away from the BBB ripoff.
Food is ok I like their pesto toast with avocado but burrito is not good and expensive
I ordered vegan burrito but there were no grilled onion and pineapple , which supposed to have
Wouldn’t go again. Had to ask for a straw 3 times and still went myself to the bar to get it, than we go the wrong food, the pancakes had a hair on it… it’s also very loud so there are definitely nicer places around.
