Ordered a meal through door dash.
The food arrived cold , burger buns were at least a day old. Beef patty was over cooked and extremely dry, lettuce was soggy and old looking. Ordered fries and curly fries both were pale looking and cold. Chicken burger is $18 and not worth more than $7 and I’m being kind . Everything was a huge disappointment considering each burger cost around $19! Won’t be ordering from this establishment over priced and not worth the price.nothing was edible or fresh absolutely disgusting!
Would have had a better burger from burger fuel or McDonald’s drive through for half the price.

30 min wait in-store for burgers despite being ordered online. Staff kept saying the food was coming, it was obvious they made them up in the last 5 mins of us waiting. Burgers have gotten smaller despite prices going up. Is a shame as BW was my go to Burger place. Can’t recommend.

Pay no attention to previous negative reviews. We ordered burgers tonight on a busy public holiday and the food was fantastic. Prefect bacon, attention to detail, crispy onion rings and just the right amount of sauce. The staff member was friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Huge disappointment!
I ordered the "great american", and it was anything but. Sweet pickles instead of dill, tomato sauce instead of ketchup and definitely not double cheese.

Always at least half an hour wait for a burger, orders often wrong and they never ever answer the phone which is very frustrating when trying to address a customer service issue. Avoid eating here if you can.

I have ordered both Mexicali and Burger Wisconsin from here. Both are great. The food is delicious and the service I recieved tonight when picking up my order was outstanding - they had no problem correcting my mistake of selecting no fries with the kids meal. We will be back.

Ordered online for a 7:02 pickup (30 minute wait) Had to wait in store until it was finally ready at 7:42. I wouldn’t mind waiting only if I was told how long it would be before I leave to collect. Everyone else in the store was in the same boat, All being told a 30 minute wait online but some waiting an extra hour +
All the delivereasy drivers seemed to turn up and get their order straight away, So if they have the timing correct for them I can only imagine that they are not advertising the massive wait time so people still keep placing orders.
Terrible management in regards to stock ordering, Out of many staple sides and sauces. Was substituted hash sticks for fries without even being told, only noticed when i got home. Won’t be returning
We stopped ordering from here simply because you MUST order from the website, and the website is trash. I had to order 4 times because it kept asking me to sign in, I'd sign in, then the order would cancel. Again and again. They absolutely under no circumstances take phone orders.
Easiest solution, dominos right across the street.

Ordered online and collected. When opened when got home (15 min away) they had got the order wrong. Very basic beef burger I'm place or more expensive vegan burger. Phone was not answered the 5-6 times we called to discuss correcting the order. The message on the phone says 'we are too busy to answer the phone and do not leave a message as we will not be checking them'. This would leave a 30 min round trip plus a wait for them to make the correct burger in order to fix thier mistake. Complete waste of $16.90. Have had experiences of extremely poor value for money at other fanchises in this chain. Will not spend money with them, or thier Mexical store operating out of the same location, again.
