I loved this place they have ordering machines, they have hersey dessert pie so good! 🤤🤤🤤 it's very different from Australia they don't have Ordering machines and Hersey pie in my town in Western Australia it's called Hungry Jack's in Australia. A huge shout-out to Daniel at the Tokoroa BKs today. Had an issue where the kiosk took payment but was unable to process the order to the kitchen, so they were unable to make our food. I only have it one star because there is no option for 0 stars. Waited 15 minutes for the staff to pour us one milkshake. 5 members of staff wondering around aimlessly and no customers except us. Which we now realise why. After the greatly anticipated wait for milkshake it turned out to taste like filth. The greatest relief was the bathroom after the milkshake. Super clean dining room.... yet seemed empty, like something was missing... maybe a scrub of something. They seemed to cook the chips fresh, and my packet was over flowing. Although I love the taste of BK, I'm nearly always disappointed with the service and the cleanliness of the restaurants. Tokoroa BK was one of the worst BK experiences I've had in a while. Restaurant dining area looks tired and slightly grubby. Toilets are a disgrace. Staff were typically flat and unenthusiastic. Food was passably hot and tasty. Would go again, but only because I prefer BK burgers to Maccers.

Today we visited and there was no beef or steak on the menu regardless the service was awesome. Notified of a small wait for fresh food which was hot and amazing. I requested mustard on my burger, which didn't come hence the rating, also a little sadness there was no beef or steak on the menu but it was clearly advertised.
