Legendary place for Burek with Kolenica. Real bakery, works only until noon but crowded place demonstrate how good burek is.
There is also burek with ham, cheese and also several sweet bureks (vanilla, cream…) but kolenica is the best one!

The best burek. There are a lot of different tastes for everyone.
It is best to take burek to the People's garden to eat, and spend the rest of the day in the park.

We came all the way down from Turin to taste this wonderful burek said to be the best in Serbia and, indeed, it is!
Lady at the counter is super kind and burek variety is fantastic, you'll surely find one that fits your taste. We had traditional meat one, paprika and cheese and smoked shank (last one is heaven in earth). Girls took also the sweet ones, cream and chocolate.
Highly recommended if you pass by Belgrade a small deviation that will surely light up your day.

We had the most delicious burek in the whole area of Pancevo and maybe even Belgrade, as our local friend assured us! The smell of freshly baked burek is already promising, but the taste is even better. Add to this a hard working super friendly staff and your day could not start better. Just make sure to be there in time (before it´s sold out at around 10:30), because everyone loves it!

This is a bakery in Pancevo, specialized in burek - Balkan pastry. Apart from ordinary ones all over Serbia offering it with meat or cheese, this has unusual ones with pork, chicken, paprika, gorgonzola etc.
Service is extremely kind, very attentive to customers. They let you taste before buying.
Beware working time is from early morning to 11am or noon, they close as soon as they sell their day production.
