Prices are a bit higher than the average, that’s why 4 stars, the staff is very welcoming and friendly, the pizza makers and the cooks are from Italy, the food is indeed delicious. Thanks Luca for the smiles and the pizza !! The place is a modern restaurant in the center of Houten, I loved the decorations and the style… the location is strategic and allows you to spend a nice evening with friends, not getting far from the city. Bij Italiaanse restaurants denk je al snel aan een 'standaard' pizzaria. Chianti flessen met stromandje, Italiaanse klassiekers uit de speakers, etc. Ook leuk en lekker, maar Brother Louie is een ander verhaal. Gezellig, modern en comfortabel. Leuke, kundige en vlotte bediening, open keuken en heerlijk eten. Veel keuze in pasta's en pizza's die net even anders zijn dan wat je gewend bent. Wat ook opviel was de grote keuze aan pizza's met witte saus. Dat kom ik ook niet veel tegen. We hebben als voorgerecht een een diversiteit aan antipasti gehad wat echt heerlijk was. Als hoofdgerecht hadden we diverse soorten pasta en zelf heb ik mogen genieten van een heerlijke pizza. Dit is écht de beste die ik ooit geproefd heb. Ik had de 4 stagioni Brother Louie en die was niet te vergelijken met de standaard versie, welke bij de meeste restaurants geserveerd wordt. Als dessert een heerlijk perentaartje met koffie. Zonder twijfel een echte aanrader voor een gezellige avond, met heerlijk eten en leuke bediening. Vanavond onverwachts uiteten geweest bij deze stralende tent. Om 18:30 uur een plekje aan de bar bemachtigd. En dit lijkt een afknapper voor vele mensen, maar voor mij is dat het sowieso niet, en al helemaal niet in deze zaak! Full service van de eigenaresse en een prachtig team. Geen druk achter het bestellen, waardevolle suggesties van personeels en vooral een heel relaxed bezoek met goede kwaliteit eten en drinken. Een absolute aanrader!
