A few days ago we were eating here in a beautyful sourrounding! The waitress and stuff were very kindly but service took to long for the main plate and the dessert ! 30 min for a burger and a cesar salad! for the dessert i had to ask several times! for the local sourrounding i want to give 5 stars ! for the dishes i am sorry but it was just ok ! price quality for me that day was to high and not ok ! but i will always give a second chance ! so i will try it another day!
I was not able to order à la carte, as the menu was planned before. The entry was OK. Main dish was pasta with salmon (I (and many others) do not like salmon and it is a very risky dish to offer to 40 people). Dessert was fine too. BUT service was horrible. Not speaking any English whatsoever. Some people said beforehand that they are vegetarian/lactose/gluten intolerant. The restaurant did not take these dietary restrictions into account. Maybe there was some miscommunication beforehand but I hardly doubt it. Those with dietary restrictions had to wait an eternity for their food to be served (I was already done eating). The vegetarian meal was a joke: plain cooked vegetables with nothing else. So we had to ask for rice because veggies are not very filling. Plus the waiters kept asking if the vegetarians wanted fish with their dish if they said no the waiters even offered them some chicken... Overall the experience was not very pleasant.
We were lucky that the restaurant was still open, everything closes so early around there. The food was ok and friendly service, they spook English.

In between the spa buildings you will find a beautiful place with more casual outdoor sitting and more elegant space inside. Great selection of local and French dishes with their own spin. In Maus Kätti they gave at least 4 pages of sweets with fine selection of ice cream combinations.
We waited over an hour to get our main courses. It was clear that there was a problem as the three tables around us all ordered after us and received their entrées and main courses. I asked the server about it, suggesting that there was a problem in the kitchen. He dismissed it with a 'you had an entrée' comment and 'ça arrive'. I explained that 2 of the other tables also had entrées, and then a more aggressive 'ça arrive' from the server. 15 minutes later, ça n'arrive pas. I flagged down the other server who seemed more professional with her tables. She checked on it and indeed the ticket got lost in the kitchen. When it finally arrived, my meal came a few minutes before the others. The mussels in white wine were completely tasteless. My wife's vegan burger was bland and lacking in presentation. My son reported that his burger was good. The soup (courge à l'indienne) on the other hand was excellent as it was the previous time we dined there. The server offered us dessert for the problem. We declined as we wanted to leave. He ended up taking off 2 drinks and a soup from the bill. Overall, an unpleasant experience. We won't go back

So the service was nice, but sadly we only had a table at 9pm so we were probably one of the last people to be served if not even the last. The food took 45 minutes to arrive so it was almost closing already and I'm assuming they rushed it, because the burger we ordered was a real mess. The buns were soggy, the cheese wasn't melted, meat slightly undercooked and in general lack of seasoning in our dishes. We didn't even feel like ordering desserts after such a dissapointing meal. The price was also a bit too high for the quality of the food or let's say the way it was prepared. So... Staff was friendly but food was terrible and we had to end a beautiful day we had at the hotel with an unsatisfying dinner. Maybe we'll give it a try another time.
Tried to have lunch here and were told we'd have to wait 45 mins for a table for 4 or 6 people. Even though half the tables were empty. P.s. an hour and a half after we passed again after an amazing lunch at Belle Fontaine down the road. 80% of the tables were empty.
Very friendly staff, tasty food and overall good experience.

The staff was friendly, the food was presented amazingly and also tasted very good. My only gripe is that it took long for our main dish to arrive.
Good location, nice little menu card, very friendly staff. The brasserie is located across from the thermal bath buildings (across from the main entrance of the thermal bath) Nice little canopy relying the bar/restaurant with the wellness center.
