Excellent bakery with a wide variety of options. Loved all the options we tried.
Latte was okay, nothing great.
Chocolate croissant was a disappointment. The picture outside the bakery had more flaky layers than the actual croissant in the bakery, lol.

I have waited more than a year to have this place opened. I saw it from the construction and it is impecable. Now that they have opened in less than a month the place of completely packed. The presentation is impecable toe aroma when you enter is irresistible, the variety products is incredible and all is freshly made there. Prices are very reasonable and the service is incredible. It is a big bakery chain coming from Mexico City and we couldn’t be happier to have it near by. Not only bakery but to eat there, sandwich. Corner, to table at home corner, gelato to take away, gelato contener to eat there, cake and other desserts area etc. love it!

Nice bakery. They do have cafe (lattes) and lots of baked items and cakes. I did see some beers on tap. A latte grande is about 24 pesos and a small 20 pesos.
They do have a small section with 8 tables with bar stools - though this section does not have AC, they have ceiling fans.

Awesome choices for sandwiches or sweets. Coffee was great too. There is a small sitting area outside (9 tables I think on 3 rows, covered patio) but no wifi. We can do some work without wifi, and we'll definitely go there when they open at 7am so it's cooler and probably not too many other people on the patio. We loved it!

Absolutely love the place, products are high quality at a good price, nice staff, the only complaints i have are consistency. You wont always find the same types of bread, you wont always find the same types of ice cream, and there is no way to know (at least an not obvious way) until you go phisically to the store. Parking is a little iffy but workable.

Finally a pop bakery in Cancun, nice variety of pastries, however chances are that if you discovered a delicacy you won't find it again because is too late or because they haven't done it yet. Lack of standards, but somehow a good choice.By the way, don't forget to try the gelatos
