I’ve always wanted to try this place after hearing about it for quite some time. Today was the day where I got a bit of everything with takeaway and i do not regret it at all. Brisket was an 111/10 Rib was a 100/10 and the burger was everything i wanted. Smokey Taste, Soft bun, melted cheese and a little bit of tang from the pickle and sauce. CS was fantastic, price was reasonable and the venue was a nice place to have a beer. Will be definitely recommending it to whanau and work mates and guarantee I’ll be back for more. Cheers team well done 👍

If you love bbq food , smoked meats, and awesome food in a very cool venue Black Betty BBQ is for you. The staff are quick to seat you, and assist with ordering drinks, knowing the menu well offering suggestions on faves etc.. just a wicked vibe to have a great meal with friends and family.. 100% will be returning many many times to try the whole menu.. thanks team, hope the beers went down well.👆🏼👆🏼

Went there for our anniversary we both enjoyed the meal (lunch) service was good . Would I go back? You bet and the music was also easy on the ears.

First time visit with group of four adults, two teens and a 4 year old. Had their $100 platter and it fed all of us (ok the 4 year old had the Mac Cheese). Great meal, great service. 20 min wait for the platter (ribs, brisket, pulled pork, jalapeno corn bread, curly fries, coleslaw, two pickles, three sauces). Busy, busy but we were well catered for. Be definitely coming back and can't recommend this place enough. Should've taken a pic but couldn't wait to dig in.

Amazing food and huge portions! The brisket was tender & juicy, ribs, loaded brisket fries, mac n cheese were super tasty! Definitely the best BBQ I've had! The staff were lovely and friendly too! Wish Welly had a Black Betty!

If you are looking for genuine USA smoked food, this is your place. Daniel, owner and chef is a true master of smoking foods, including his own twist to the corn bread. Tastefully decorated, with great background music and lighting enhances the setting. Down an alley which makes the experience even more genuine, easy seating, fresh and friendly staff, smokers are beside restaurant all adds to the experience. You won't go wrong here. Walk ins yes, but reservation would be better I suspect as very busy when we visited at lunchtime on a Saturday.

Tasty food, with melt in your mouth slow cooked meat. The service was good with fast preparation of our meals. A good sized burger and the toasty something different, in a good way. I would come back again for sure. The atmosphere was rustic, backyard mates garage kinda vibes and it wasn't too busy for a Friday afternoon. Thanks!
