We read the reviews and came here for dinner. It was not easy to find, and from the outside, you can't really tell it's a restaurant. But the food and drinks are really good. We ate the Swan chicken biryani, and it's easily enough for 4 persons. The price was reasonable. We paid 6250 for 4 persons. Saman, the owner and chef of the café was such an amazing host! Incredibly friendly and warm and he catered to my every need! The food was amazing, the vibe was amazing and I was spoilt! Definitely check this place out if you're Galle, you won't regret it! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food was delicious and the service was great. The cafe is run by a local family. I am gluten free and they were able to easily make my wrap with cabbage. The food was delicious. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

When entering there was so much enthusiasm from the children. They where very curious. Also there pup came to greet me. The food was excellent, served on a big green leave. The rise and vegetables where delicious and also the fresh fruit drink was amazing. Friendly service and nice companionship before and after the food. I got a tour of the restaurant and the kitchen. Also a new project was starting. The owner worker more jobs because of the COVID crisis. But now he is back and he uses, wood as plates, banana leaves on the wooden plates. He used old metal spinning wheel as footwear for the tables. A real entrepreneur with not a lot of money but a lot of creativity!

This place is run by such a lovely family. The string hopper kottu was especially delicious. The family very kindly opened early for us the next day so we could have breakfast before we left. Would recommend if you are in the area. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
