The culinary offerings were exceptional, and the establishment maintained a high standard of cleanliness. Regrettably, the dessert selection was limited to just two choices, leaving me yearning for a more extensive variety. It was a thoughtful gesture that the chef personally inquired about our dining experience. While the waiter was pleasant, I would have appreciated more attentive service as we had to proactively seek him out to place our dessert order and settle the bill. One highlight was the captivating videos displayed on the TV, showcasing the preparation of the dishes, adding an engaging touch to the overall dining experience.

I visited the Bistro77 in my recent visit to Malta as it was right next to my hotel.
As a starter, the chef suggested a fried goat cheese, from local ingredients, which was by far the best I've had in the last years.
As a main, I tried the traditional rabbit dish, which was accompanied by an amazing potato puree - i wish i could have more of that creamy puree!
The meal ended with a friendly chat with the chef, who was very humble but with great ideas around food and open to discussion.
Highly recommended when you're in the area.

So where Iam gona start.
As i came here to Malta (alone) i felt like a litle bit lost at the first time.
At my first evening here i sat down and took the rabbit as start to the Maltese kitchen.
Boom!!
It was an explosion of my senses the meat were really juicy and the Manager Stefan and his Brother Boby where so kind.
So i felt in love with this restaurant.
I came back for every of the 4 nights i was in the Hotel.
Every evening was an experience through Mocktails, Meat and ambiente.
Thank you Stefan and Sergio for having me here.
I would recommend it to any person. If its a evening with the family or a Birthday party you will be welcome all the time.

Favourite restaurant in the area, super friendly staff and mouthwatering food, not to mention the big serving sizes. The management team was kind enough to serve us grilled cheese in honey on the house and offered liquor/coffee as well! Will definitely see us again.

A very pleasant and welcoming restaurant for a quiet dinner, staff is professional and the chef really takes care of the details, when it comes to the menu. We had 2 types of calamari for the appetizers, later on we took different main courses and everyone at the table were genuinely amazed!! Portions are very generous, with fresh ingredients, I would definitely love to go again.
Wine list is great and the cocktails are a must!
