What did i just eat. Do you people call this Biryani. Really disappointed.

I had a huge craving for an authentic Biriyani, so I went with the so-called BIKA by Ashane. To be honest, the portion size is good enough for two people (Rs. 1500. But, it's like Kirimati mixed with some spices). But the taste is nothing like Biriyani, and you may surely make far better Biriyani than this by simply following a YouTube video. I have tasted many authentic Biriyani from around the world, and unfortunately, this is the worst Biriyani I have ever tried. I do not know why it is called Biriyani. If there is an authorized body such as the International Biriyani Council, Ashane will surely be sued for misinterpreting the name Biriyani. Please, people, do not ignore the reviews, as I did the same and finally suffered the consequences by paying a big price for the treatments for my daughter's upset stomach. So disappointed. Little, advise, Ashane, please stop your social media mombo jambo about how authentic, fantastic, and tasty your Biriyani is or change the name Biriyani to Ashens BARIYANI.

Please do not even think of eating from here. The food is super cold. Pre cooked food. The chicken was so soggy might have fried the day before, chicken was tasteless. The rice looks more like a regular yellow rice “tasteless”. The rice was so simple we regretted the moment we got the food on the table. I have no clue what they gave as a curry, might be water with some colouring. Had the worst food experience in negombo from here. It doesn't wort the money. Dont get caught to the marketing, and shame on you for the so called influencers for acting as its super awesome just to get a free meal

Worst biriyani ever. Food was cold the chicken was very soggy and too oily and the boiled egg was cold as hell and I don’t even know what they gave as raitha, the curry was even worse and the biriyani was anything but biriyani 😑😑😑very disappointed about the influencers who promote these kind of places just for a free meal. BIKA Negombo - Very Bad service..😡
I ordered the foods and waited for over 30 mins.. most of the late comers got the dishes prior than me, but not for us.
Plates - should request 😕
Spoons - should request 😕
I ordered 7up 1L, but no glasses.
When i ask about the order cashier is asking.., 'Sir kannada illuwe'... 😕
Customer Service should improve lot.. They cannot cater to their demand..

Its not the best and authentic biriyani you can get.but portion size is good and not that much mad in taste.chicken is freshly coocked.evening time beware of large number of crowd and that will make your order delayed.hope they will improve

The worst Biriyani I have ever had. Not the authentic Biriyani as they claimed. Plus the hygiene condition of the shop and the workers who serve this is a concern. 🤮
