I mean the previous reviews say it. This place is rubbish, avoid at all costs. Big save your energy by not going. Huge store, one staff member who was generally inattentive. We had to walk to the other end of the store to engage him. I have doubts if he actually worked in “sales”. Once we started talking about a specific product, he talked about the price - however they didn’t have any in stock and it would be next week until they could get something. He suggested we could drive to the warehouse in wainui and pick it up ourselves, at our own expense of course, or pay $100 to have a drop and go service, meaning some guy in a truck drops two flat pack boxes at your gate, and you do self assembly at home?!? How is this beneficial to the customer? It’s a low price point initially until you add on fuel, time, delivery costs…..it’s just another rubbish chain store masquerading as a bargain.

Family coming to stay over Christmas some bits of furniture needed. Have a guess about Black Friday. Yes Big Save called to me. Deepanshu, the Manager, was marvelous. A genuinely nice person. Patient and pleasant and always with a smile - even as I dithered about.
Sales person on the floor was great, very friendly and helpful with good communication. However the delivery was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had from any delivery service! Totally unfriendly and unwilling to place our furniture anywhere but right outside the truck. We were told there would be a notification sent to use before they deliver so we can make space but no such notification was ever received. As a result my car was blocking the front door and I could not move it because their truck was blocking my car. When I asked if they could move the truck the guy said “ listen this is drop and go so where do you want it!” I unfortunately can’t recommend Big Save as the rude way they treated me at delivery leaving me to move my furniture from the garage to my house alone in the rain and all because they did not send me a notification. I know it’s drop and go but treating customers like dirt at the end of a purchase is not going to ensure that customer is coming back.

For three months, I have been talking about furniture malfunctions and they did not respond to me. The last time they promised me on the 13th of this month and I did not see anyone. I went to the store and he told me that I have nothing to do with it.
The worst service we have received ever. Took nearly a whole year to get a replacement couch as the one we purchased started fading within 2 months of owning it. Zero communication from big save. We had to call and follow up number of times and would never get an answer. Seemed like the big save team didn’t want to deal with us and kept ignoring us. I will never be purchasing from big save again and will be telling my friends and family not to as well. We purchased two couches both worth $4500 each and very disappointed with the service we received. Poor service wouldn’t recommend.

Great place to buy Furniture! Prices were fantastic and service was awesome, would recommend. We made numerous changes to our order which caused a small delay but everything arrived together and it was wonderful. Loving all the items we purchased! Thanks team

Good service affordable prices
I had great service over the phone, the gentleman I talked to emailed me all the information I asked for and covered everything so I didn't have to ask more questions but he told me the product I was buying could be delivered asap because they had stock but when I went to the store and paid for it they told me it would take up to 4 days as they had to get it in. I don't mind waiting but it can be annoying being told two different stories. Besides that it was great service over the phone, email and in store. I having received my plush mattress to comment on it yet.
