About
This restaurant is an ideal choice if you are in the mood for the Mexican cuisine. Cooks at Big Mama's do their best to provide guests with tasty croquettes, seafood and fish. The patient staff welcomes people all year round. Good service is something that visitors highlight in their comments. A lot of reviewers think that the dishes are offered for adequate prices. As many guests affirm, the atmosphere is dull. This place has been rated below average by Google.

Big Mamas Restaurant in El Nido is a must-try Filipino restaurant on the island that comes highly recommended for visitors. It's an affordable and budget-friendly place to eat, and you'll get more than your money's worth here. In fact, it's one of the cheapest restaurants on the island, but don't let that fool you into thinking that the quality of the food is anything less than amazing. The dishes are full of flavor, well-prepared, and definitely worth trying. Not only is the food great, but the service from the crew is also noteworthy. They're friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist customers. Additionally, the location of the restaurant is another highlight, as it's situated right in front of the beach. The ambiance is relaxing, and it's the perfect place to unwind while enjoying some delicious food. Overall, Big Mamas Restaurant is a great place to eat in El Nido, especially if you're on a tight budget. You won't regret spending your money here, as you'll be treated to good quality food, excellent service, and a stunning beachfront view. It's definitely a must-visit for anyone traveling to El Nido who wants to try some authentic Filipino cuisine. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

we tried the bulalo and the pancit and it was good. best bulalo in town. but they don't offer a service water. the service is okay but they don't have proper waiters or food attendant. the place is by the beach but i think they need to improve or renovate their dining area. Great local food place with OK service but delicious food and good size portions. Highly recommend! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person ₱200–400 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes San Miguel Pilsen
Visiting this restaurant was a delightful experience from start to finish. The food was not only priced reasonably, but the serving proportions were just right, ensuring that you get what you paid for. Compared to other establishments in the area with higher prices, this place offers fantastic value for money. I highly recommend trying their Thai/Chicken fried rice, Chicken inasal, and SISIG. Each dish was prepared with care and skill, resulting in flavors that were simply supreme. The Thai fried rice had the perfect balance of spices, the Chicken inasal was juicy and flavorful, and the SISIG was a delightful mix of textures and flavors. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my dining experience here and will definitely be returning to try more of their delicious offerings. If you're looking for great food at reasonable prices, this is the place to be! I Tried their Sizzling Bulalo and Sisig and it was their Best Seller... The Taste was Great... But in El Nido and Coron don't Expect that you can Get Large Amount of Servings for the Price you have Paid... One thing when Travelling on this Area Nothing here is Cheap... The Common Single Servings is Double the Price some Triple the Common Price comparing to Metro vs These Places at Palawan.... We are talking about the Place and Ambiance... Big Mama's Hotpot is the Only Place at EL Nido that has the Sign of the Province it self that would be an Extra for your Photo... Over all Experience was Great... 😊😊😊😊😊 Meal type Dinner Price per person ₱200–400 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Awesome beach front restaurant to enjoy your liquor/ cocktails & the food they serve is too amazing. They allowed us to bring our own liquor (Johnnie Walkers). We ordered fish n chips, chilli butter garlic prawns, and grilled tanigue. More on the way. A must dine/ lunch place if you want to spend time at your terms with your company. One may ignore the negative comments you may see about this place.

The view was good, you look over the beach with tour boats and the sunset was sunset. We ordered pork adobo and butter garlic prawns. The adobo was extremely salty and half of it was just fat and skin (there was no veges just meat). The butter garlic prawn was average and the portion was small for the price.
