GOD! That was the best food we had on the island!!!! THE BEST TACOS we had, You neeeeed to try it if visiting Holbox. The octopus was tasty,but THE TACOOOOOS are just perfection! I normally don't post reviews, but lunch was so good here that it was worth to share it! I asked for advice for seasonal fish and they suggested grilled octopus or lobster. The octopus was unbeatable! Best meal I had in Holbox so far. I went in the afternoon and had a grilled fish fillet with risotto and vegetables with a ginger limonade. Everything was so fresh, perfectly cooked and suuuper tasty. The staff was incredibly welcoming, nice and helpful. The whole thing with relaxing music and for a very decent price. Will go back for sure. 100% recommend!!

Delicious food and nice people. We had the pulpo and the fish soup. They also made some tacos for our son. All were tasty. It wasn’t less expensive than fancier places on the island (on account of the octopus) but it was much less crowded and touristy. We were happy with our experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Local place serving very tasty food. We have the crusted cheese and prawns, highly recommended ! Then I typos and lobster. Always best to check the lobster before to make sure. They do happy hours and good margarita. We had a very nice evening there. It’s a shame they charge 5% with card payment with the bill we had. Service Dine in

We had a great seafood meal here. The personnel is really friendly and the food itself is fantastic! We had the shrimp taco’s and the Holboxeño ceviche. Both were delicious, looked good and were good portions. Would definitely recommend on Holbox! After reading the all the positive reviews, we were excited to have dinner here. The garlic fish wasn’t very flavourful and looked like left over bits and pieces of fish, the kids fish was overly breaded and lacked actual fish and the shrimp Alfredo was neither hot not flavourful. I came here after having eaten two days in a raw at the lovely nearby La Barracuda, as this is closed on Thursday. I don’t understand where the good reviews come from. Prices are as high as in fancy places, quality is low, place looks (and is) a tourist trap. The only place in Mexico where I haven’t even received tortillas with the meal.
