Placed a phone order for specific cake a day before, gave all the details as requested. Went to pick up next day, the staff at front said the order has not been prepared as the guy who took my order is off today, I didn't know how to react, it was a birthday cake for my partner. I didn't wanted to ruin my day so left and bought elsewhere. If the orders can't be managed responsibly you shouldn't be in business, stop wasting someone's time and ruining their celebration. Got a super tasty complimentary cake. No one beats the taste of Bhalla fresh bake house's cakes. Super light in texture. Yummy 😋 😋. Tried there almond and pistachios cookies. I must say very well balanced and flavor full. Definitely gonna buy more.

THANK YOU TO THE AWESOME TEAM!!! My baby's beautiful cake exceeded my expectations. They did a wonderful job. The cake was beautiful(graphics)that I didn't wanna cut into it, but had to, and it was so tasty!! We have enjoyed this beautiful masterpiece. We ordered a strawberry cake, the cream was just the right amount of sweetness, and the cake inside was spongy and melt in your mouth. Beautiful! I thank you so much for doing this for us, we will definitely come back for another birthday❤️

Thank you for preparing a delicious and cute cake for my daughter's second birthday. Despite eggless , it was really moist. Appreciate your great customer service and delivering the customized cake as requested. Last year also, we ordered 2 large customised cakes for her birthday which were appreciated and liked by everyone. Thanks for your amazing service.

Since this bakery opened I've been a regular customer. Esch and every year I get my birthday cake from here. Such awesome bakers and delicious too! The orange chocolate cake goes down a treat! Thanks for another awesome cake this year! Loved by all! Keep up the good work! 😃
