Saha is a welcoming, smiley and lovely guy who makes delicious food - he went to source some fish especially for us (off season so we requested early) and it tasted delicious, we’ve been back 4 times lol he even went to get me fresh curd ready for my breakfast in the morning! Amazing place to eat! Saha the owner is so welcoming and not pushy at all like some other restaurants in Arugam bay, he also is happy to make you things not on the menu if you just ask, his English is also brilliant so no confusion with ordering. Food was made fresh and tasted wonderful, dont let the rustic look deceive you, it was such a refreshing dining experience! Sad chicken sandwich. Also the guy working there, which seemed super friendly, waited for my boyfriend to go to the bathroom and followed me outside, while I was smoking a cigarette and videocalled his friend just because I was wearing normal shorts. Poor behaviour Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

(Czech Republic) This place is great. The best in Arugam bay. Very very very tasty food. Srí Lanka food but also sweet pancakes and english breakfast and burgers. But most importantly the stuff and owner are very kind and helpfull people. Saha (the owner) managed perfect surfer teacher for me, he is also able to manage Safari in Yala or next to Arugam bay and he even manage doctor for me when I got sick. I came by to his restaurant almost every day when I was in Arugam bay. He has great english and I really like to talk with him about Srí Lanka.
