Zeer aangename Chef en zijn partner, die begrijpen gastronomie. Wij kwamen hier omdat we op zoek waren naar Carpaccio van Gamba. Nadat we dit vertelden werd dit meteen ingepast in het 5 gangen verrassingsmenu. Het bijpassende wijnarrangement en de super vriendelijke bediening bevielen ons zeer goed. Voor de 2 e keer in een maand hier geweest. De eigenaar straalt de passie voor zijn vak uit….top bediening en ontiegelijke vriendelijke service. Zijn vriendin die in de bediening werkt is ook heel lief en attent. Het eten was ook heerlijk, zorgvuldig geserveerd. We went to try the chef’s surprise menu for dinner and it was splendid. You can request any allergies/dietary requirements beforehand and every course was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff are so friendly and the service was timely, sensitive while not being too obstructive. Such a gem in the Best/Eindhoven area!
