Stumbled across accidentally at this place on New Year's Eve while looking for another bar which was not working. But I suppose it turned out for good because Barstóyanka is such a lovely cozy place with two friendly bartenders offering great selection of local spirits, like brandy with plumb, or scotch with smokey plumb and many other interesting drinks.

Lovely stopover on the way to the St. Sophia of Kiev from the Maidan square. Cozy little bar that offers quick drinks on the go.
