Barbacoa is really good. Service is way bad, waitress ask almost rushing you with a bad attitude, we had to ask them to clean our table after 10 minutes we got to the table. Great selection of drinks; however, the barbacoa was pricey. You can find barbacoa at least $300 pesos per kilo less elsewhere. The tortillas were handmade and very delicious. The consomé was a bit flavorless. The location is very convenient if you’re driving on Carretera 57.

Best place to have Barbacoa on your way to Queretaro! Super fast service and everyone is really attentive. Loved the quesadillas and the Barbacoa, they are extra cheesy and the barbacoa is super juicy and full of flavor. They also offer fresh juices of a lot of fruits, that are from the common flavors to the more exotic like star fruit or jackfruit and desserts.

One of the best spots for barbacoa tacos. The only drawback it's an hour north of Mexico City. Still, it's worth the trip if you are a fan! Santiago is located on the side of the Mexico Querétaro highway: keep your eyes peeled not to miss the exit. We grabbed a quick bite on the sidewalk without going inside. The meat is stored inside a container, covered with nopal leaves. The taco is made right there in front you. I'm drooling just by writing the review. The rest is magic. Meat is very tasty and soft. I'd go back more often if it wasn't so far away. Strongly recommended.
