I felt like the bouncer was rude the male Said not to night after he asked me have I had much to drink tonight and I said I have had 3 beers . I couldn't see why he would not let me in ( was not drunk on 3 beers

Love the atmosphere. Good music and friendly bartenders. Chill place on some days and can be packed on others. Both good times.

Thanks guys, it was amazing evening. I enjoy the place. Amazing cocktails, very nice staff here, nice live music on Friday. I definitly recomand this place. I came here just randomly, I like the style inside.

Easily one of the best bars in Nelson (though admittedly, that is a very low bar to meet). I feel like Bamboo Tiger tries very hard to be atmospheric but fails and manages to lack any real vibe. Decent drinks and I like that they've got a tiki bar out the back at least.

Good beer and usually a nice environment. Is a little more pricy than the other bars close by, most notably for cocktails, but I went here nonetheless on more than one occasion. The bar staff are normally really friendly, even when it's busy and the security on the door are fair tempered and good at knowing when it's time for someone to leave. Nice seating area in the back, too, just make sure you sit next to the heater!

Awesome cocktail bar. Great staff, good friendly service. Amazing cocktails! If you want a good night out in Nelson, this is a great place to go!
