Love this place! I had dinner here two nights in a row. The ambience and vibe is really nice. Great views of the island here too. Everything we tried was delicious!!!! From the drinks to the dessert, awesome menu choices. And the service was top tier, the first night Nic was our server and he was great, friendly and attentive. He went over the menu with us and gave recommendations. The next night Martin was our server he was also awesome and great hospitality. Everyone one at Bamboo house is really nice and helpful.
Ohh and the entertainment is really good too, I like the live music, both nights were very entertaining.
I highly recommend Bamboo House if you’re visiting St Maarten.

Sushi
Went to this place for dinner during my stay at St Marteen. This place got a decent vibe and atmosphere. I tried the fried calamari, seafood fried rice and tuna sushi. The food was served in order with decent temperature. The fired calamari was crispy and soft inside which was really good. However, the rice was little under done and sushi was average. The service was decent. The place might be crowded depending upon the time and need reservation in advance.

Went for my wedding dinner with a small group. Hostess was very rude. Not friendly at all. She was rude when we asked for a table close to a view. She said "everyone wants a view this is the table you get for your reservation ". Mind you we had someone with us who had a walker. To enter dining area you have a set of stairs to enter and go down. She put us at the very last table in dining room which required to go up more stairs. Server Nick was friendly and was going to do something for us to acknowledge our wedding. And never did! We asked a question that we didn't know the dumplings were deep fried server said you never asked. Food was ok. Views were spectacular. If I return it would be for the view and a drink only.

Food was great and the atmosphere was great. Everything was great until the end one of the waitresses Natasha got over on us and charged an extra $40 when we paid in cash and left the right amount plus tip. Other than that great time.

We were there 20 minutes before the kitchen closed. They were very accommodating and did our order the way we wanted. Swet potato was the bomb! Our waiter Nick was the absolute best!!

Simply fantastic! One of the finest dining experiences we’ve ever had worldwide. A wonderful setting, beautiful views especially at sunset, a beautifully designed multi level decor inside and outside. Our service was outstanding—attentive, friendly and a perfect host. Drinks were wonderful, and the food! Absolutely delicious and impeccably prepared. We will return to Sint Martin specifically for another memorable meal here. While we found the food on the island to be very good, this place was clearly the best. And….a wonderful vibe throughout the evening.

I recently dined at this restaurant and was thoroughly impressed. The wagyu dumpling is a must-try, and the tuna sashimi is equally delightful. The Saturday night ambiance exceeded expectations with fiery dancers, a singer blending well with DJ lounge-style music, and impeccable service. Perfect for families with teenagers. The only drawback is the challenging car access due to traffic around the driveway configuration. Consider implementing karts to transport guests from the lower to upper levels, a solution observed in similar establishments.

Certainly one of the most classy and stylish places in SXM. The setting is a gorgeously renovated 19th century sugar mill with an amazing deck overlooking Simpson Bay, the Airport and the Caribbean Sea.
With lighted statues and very nice lighting this is the perfect place for a romantic dinner night. The menu consists of a mix of flavors from around the world with South American, Asian, Thai, Indian, French and American influences. They carry amazing Sushi, Prime Aged steak, and great poke bowls.
We loved thé sizzling corn and tuna Tataki appetizer. After we had the steak, braised short rib, Pad Thai and Sushi. Everything was super well prepared and very tasty. The cocktails served with the meal were all as good, we can certainly recommend the “just cool”, “cucumber cooler” and the “Smoked Margarita”.
Then a little secret we share with those that love rum! Bamboo House has a hidden Rum Bar, so if you like a good Caribbean rum, make sure to ask the waiters about it and if possible (not rented for private events) they will bring you downstairs to try some of the worlds’ best rums.

Otro de los mejores sitios para ir de noche en St Martin. Muy bien ambientado, con zonas Chill, bien decorado e iluminado, recuerdan a los lugares Chic de Ibiza, con una música muy similar. Ese día había show de chicas que bailaban sexy. Es un lugar divertido y se come muy bien. También el servicio está muy atento, aunque se cometa algún error.
