Really nice place for good quality food. Overall delivers on flavour with a variety of bagel and burger combos to suit everyone. Nice sweet options in store too with classic donuts and loaded desserts. The price is fair. The staff are kind and the service is pretty quick. Overall would recommend. P.S. we’ve had food here twice already 😃

This is the cutest donut & bagel shop. I only got to try their bagels & coffee, and the coffee was some of the best coffee I had in all of NZ. The bagels were chewy and perfectly dense, yet soft, and with a great exterior. Definitely worth a visit (or two!) if you're in the area. It seems to be a popular spot with locals as well which is always a great sign. The bagels here are incredible! Already been back for more and still want to try different options from the menu. You get to choose which bagel flavour you like - the garlic and parmesan or rosemary and salt are good. There’s a great variety and they are so filling. We loved the pulled pork (hot bagel) and pastrami (cold bagel). They also have the most delicious Nutella donuts. Highly recommend!! Visited this fantastic bagel shop for breakfast, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! The bacon and egg breakfast bagel I had was not only delicious but also arrived promptly. The freshness of the ingredients truly elevated the experience, making each bite thoroughly enjoyable. The ambiance added to the overall positive vibe, making it a pleasant start to the day. Considering the quality of the food and the service received, it's safe to say I'll definitely be returning for more of their delectable offerings. Highly recommended! Honestly just take a few steps down the road and go to this place instead of fergburger. The Burgles were way better seasoned and well put together. The flavours of everything just melds and compliment eachother so well. They are more than just a coffee breakfast place. Their sandwiches and Burgles are actually so on point. Not to mention one of the best coffees I've ever had in NZ Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Bagel Sandwich

Lovely cafe! Their smoked salmon bagel had a generous cream cheese layer and the salmon was delicious and fresh. The fried chicken brioche bun was soft and everything was cooked so well! Don’t get me started on our indulgent apple doughnut and toasted marshmallow milkshake! So delicious and yummy and not too sweet! Staff were helpful and awesome! Will be back for more! Warm and cozy, delivering mouth-watering bagels and scrumptious donuts (which are decorated so beautifully!). I came here several times during my trip to Queenstown and was well-fed and impressed. Highly recommend one of their delicious bagels with just butter (the garlic and parmesan one or the rosemary and seasalt one are my favourites). Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our three visits to Balls and Bangles - we went once, and then went out of our way to go back another two times. The "nothing fancy" breakfast bagel is well worth your time. I'd highly recommend the seasalt bagel as well - it's very tasty! The coffee is also top shelf - very experienced baristas who get the most out of their coffee. 10 / 10 - would curate my next NZ trip around coming back here! A must do in Queenstown.
