This place is a VIBE! Such a fantastic time at this beach club. You can pay a flat fee to use the beach, pool and restrooms then a la carte for drinks and food OR you can do the much better deal of buying the day pass which includes an appetizer, entree and unlimited drinks per person. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. They are generous with drinks, literally bringing drinks every ten minutes if you want. Call ahead to reserve a spot, but they also take walk ins. They open 10am and there will be plenty of space if you’re a walk in before noon.
Bruno was our server and killed it. We ended up comping two days in a row.

In my opinion 10/10. super good food really reasonably priced for what you get. Massively good speakers, good vibes, absolutely outstanding service. Drinks are good. Chill place to go. I prefer week days over weekends.
Literally only downside I saw, they didn’t clean the sea grass from the beach, on the other hand, it’s nature, what do you expect…

Great experience in terms of food and cocktails. Service was decent, however the waiters are a bit arrogant and treat clients with superiority. The music is nice up to a point it becomes too loud to even sit on the terrace. We tried asking the management to drop the bass slightly, but they didn’t even care about the ask. Prices don’t justify the value, unless you go for a package for full day cocktails (2500mxn per day - but you drink the whole day). They also have the impression that it’s ok to push for service charge, even though you clearly state that you’re unhappy.

Beautiful place to spend the day! Uriel did a fenomenal job taking care of our group.
We pent all day and enjoyed the beach, restaurant and pool. Great live DJ !

Really cosy and beautiful place. We had a great time at Balabamba while tasting great food. The staff is helpful and kind and I’d definitely recommend this place.
We visited in early October, still off-season and this place was great for having a chill and relaxed stay by the beach.

Nice new beach club in a convenient location near the Kukulcán intersection. Decent drinks. friendly service, clean bathrooms, a pool too. Good comfortable Tulum beach addition. Dog friendly. Minimum consume $800 mxp November 2023, all-you-drink / eat day pass $1,500 mxp.

We stopped here for the day and added lunch at the beach. We had beach loungers with umbrella.
Food was unreal and the prices were killer for a beach club on Tulum.
Water is gorgeous, music was nice. My five-year-old had a blast!

We visited Balabamba Beach and had an amazing time there.
Super welcome and attentive staff looking after us.
Food we ordered was excellent (had a ceviche and octopus tostadas).
Nicely selected music next to the pool with a dj booth and high quality speakers ;)

Great experience in Tulum beach !
Our hotel recommended us this beach club for its ambiance with good music (chill and trendy) and tasty food.
Thanks to the team and in particular Bruno for his professionalism and his dedicated care to our needs and comfort.
They practice a reasonable pricing in Tulum !

Such a great place to dine. The food was fantastic and Bruno was an amazing server last night. They were having an event so we got to dine in the dining room but still had a view of what was happening. Such a fun place. Everyone was friendly and they all seemed to really enjoy being there. Definitely recommend and get the Bala Burger!!!!
