Jammer dat het personeel zich niet aan de hygiëne regels houden.
Helaas geen leuke sfeer in de winkel omdat het vaste personeel over hun werkgeefster praat op een negatieve manier.

Al 3 keer heb ik een broodje besteld en al 3 keer vergeten ze het uit de oven te halen. Dit vind ik onacceptabel.

Heel aardige bediening, schone toiletten genoeg ruimte om binnen en buiten te zitten. Best prijzige broodjes maar ze worden wél goed belegd. 1 minpunt: het broodmes werd voor vlees, toen zalm gebruikt. En met de blote handen werd ook alles aangeraakt. Toen was ik aan de beurt met mijn broodje kaas en als vegetariër een gruwel. Iedere keer schone handen, schoon mes en nieuwe handschoentjes toch? Maar dit heb ik hier wel vaker gelezen. Gelukkig werd ik gered door de bel en door een ander geholpen. Maar ik vind het niet kunnen. Denk alleen al aan kruisbesmetting

Horrible experience.
It took extremely long to make a mediocre salmon wrap, the Warm Chocomel was 50% slagroom and only filled half and then there was the chocolate iced coffee situation...
It was basically just foam, barely ice and the glass was therefor super light. I asked for a replacement. So the more senior lady behind the counter took it from me, stired it with the straw and told me to try it again. After telling her it still wasn't good, she made a new one to the same negative result. I was then looked at with confusion from behind the counter with shaking heads like I'm the problem somehow, while I got some foamed coffee that wasn't iced coffee. Unacceptable to get treated like a total idiot. In the end I got a latte caramel, but it doesn't change the awful treatment one receives for asking for a normal iced coffee. And all that was nearly 20€, what an absolute waste of money.
