BAHAM was a wonderful experience on this beautiful Sunday afternoon. I struggled with my Spanish and the owner came over to assist. Edgar explained the cafe to me, that all items are made on premise, how the coffee selection worked and then invited me over to the coffee bar to watch how the coffee I selected was made. His attention to detail and consideration for a foreign visitor made me feel very welcome. On top of the warmth of service and detailed attention from the servers, the food was incredible. The scones with coco cream and maracuyá preserves were a wonderful compliment to the Oaxaca coffee. The omelette was served at a perfect temperature. And finally the Guayaba cheesecake was light and gave delicious final notes to a well prepared and thoughtful breakfast.
I had a great experience at Baham. The waiter Marco provided excellent service. I actually had the best latte I ever had in Mexico. Will be back soon for sure!
Baham is a beautiful Cafe with delicious food and lovely wait staff. We were served by Marco who was a very gracious server. Highly recommend for a breakfast or brunch!
One of our favorite cafes in Guadalajara - the food and coffee are excellent, and service is impeccable. 100% recommend it! Definitely try out the coffee and pan frances!
