Place ⭐⭐⭐ Food ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is one of the oldest restaurants and building in Tarlac City. We went here because I miss their kikiam/morcon. But unfortunately they no longer sell it. So we ordered their specialty pancit canton and lumpia instead.
