Great food, been here multiple times. Nice view over the sea side, fair prices and good serving! Definitely 10/10. Staff knows a bit of english but they have english menus as well.

这个餐厅是口味非常好的亚美尼亚特色菜餐厅，在敖德萨南边，离市中心较远，打车不堵车的话火车站到这个饭店15分钟。我们租了海边公寓，旁边就是“APAPAT"餐厅、亚美尼亚文化中心、教堂、步行500米就是海边。强烈推荐带骨头的羊排和烤土豆，还有亚美尼亚萨博欧sapor的ljvan白葡萄酒，因为好吃，我们连续在这家吃了两次。顺便上传了他家菜单，大家可以研究下美食。

Had a very bad experience. Waitress is sooo rude. She forgot gettng my complete order and then shez shouting on me why i didnt remind her earlier. First time such a bad experience, on top of that shez shouting as if shez on a fish market. Such a illmannered waitress. She spoiled alll my food and mood. If anybody has little bit of self respect then i would suggest to avoid this place

Nice Armenian dishes and beautiful views. It’s like a mini Armenian colony in Odesa this place. My waiter was the best of the best. Spoke English Very nice Armenian cognac also here Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We went to this restaurant because of the nice views and the good ratings. Unfortunately the service does not live up to the setting: it took a long time to receive the dishes although the restaurant was not full at all. Plus, the food - more typical of a "fast food" restaurant than a traditional food place - was quite disappointing. Despite this, the waitress who served us did not hesitate to ask for a tip. Do not forget to bring mosquito repellent, you will miss it very much.

Wow! Delicious food, nice view, and excellent service. A perfect mix :) we had lamb and chicken shashlyki, borshch and Odessa fish soup - all were very rich in taste and of perfect quality. Home-made tomatoes as a side were... I just could eat them everyday! The restaurant stretches along a walking path (about 20 tables with a direct see view) so take a walk around to pick the one for yourself.

I went twice to this restaurant, once with my in-laws and once myself. The first time we sat inside coz it was quite cold, there is not much sitting inside. Second time I sat outside as it was warm and sunny. I have to say that the first time was much better, probably coz my in-laws are Ukrainian. The food was good the first time, I really like it and I tryed 4 different dishes (fish, zuluguni, chicken and some Georgian dish) but second time I ordered veal and mushrooms and all was quite salty. Not the same experience. They have menu in english but the service is not so good, I had to look for someone to ask for a table and then wait quite long to get the menu. Probably would come back if there is nothing else to try and choose whatever I know is good.

Popular place near the sea (with the sea view). We've spent a long time waiting our meals...that was not so delicious as expected (according to the gmaps reviews). The only thanks is to our waiter, she really tried to make our evening nit so sad.

I have ordered one glass of red wine. Waiter bring it warm ... Warm. In reply to question, could you please bring a cold glass at least, the answer was kind of - what you want from me ? Terrible. What is good is food. Pretty good meat.
