This place was absolutely incredible - the best local Mexican food we had on our trip. Paul was an excellent host who went out of his way to make us feel at home. The food was out of this world and wish we had more time to go back. Also so reasonably priced. Would 100% recommend to everyone!!!

Amazing real Mexican food!! If you are in holbox grab a bite here, it's absolutely worth it and the owner is really sweet and explains all the dishes. We loved 'sope de carne'

Lovely place to eat. Authentic Mexican food is served here and it's price very reasonable - especially when you compare it to other restaurants serving "bougee" twists on the same dishes. The atmosphere is relaxed and you'll be eating amongst locals too. Very little English is spoken by the staff but that doesn't matter as the menu is on the walls and there are pictures to show you what you'll be ordering. A great find and highly recommended. The absolute best !!!! It's cheap and absolutely excellent!! Service is wonderful, food is good and price is more than fair. I also advise you to try the aguas con fruitas that they have, same price as a water bottle but much better. We went there every night and it was always delicious!
