Great place! Great food! Amazing drinks! However, 4 stars due to poor customer service. We waited so long for everything and the experience was just not great. We spoke to the manager and he was very nice but we came back two days later to give it a second chance but same thing. The hostess was lost told us to move from the bar instead of accommodating us. We ended up leaving because we would have waited 3 hours for a simple brunch. Great place great idea but they need better organization. Everyone feels like they don't know what they're doing. I come from the restaurant industry so they should def work on that and they would make ALOT more money. Def try it but be aware you will be there 3 hours and plus. Karina served us breakfast! Setting was gorgeous, food was incredible and the wait staff helpful and and kind. This is SUCH a great and beautiful place, both for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food is amazing, super fresh and inviting, the surroundings are stunning (and Instafriendly, if that’s what you’re looking for), and the staff is just so polite and nice. We’ve had Angeles Herrera as our server two nights in a row, and he is so sweet! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. It’s also very calm and feels super safe. Just arrived in Tulum and Alma Verde is close to our hotel and it was exactly what I was looking for! The healthy options were perfect, especially since we were tired of eating tacos. We are from SoCal and have been to the Alma Verde in Tijuana so seeing one in Tulum is a perfect addition. Augustine was extremely friendly and helpful in helping us choose the best items that worked for us and also had some good advice on things to see in the area! The food was good! The fruits were fresh and the truffle eggs benedict is delicious. The iced coffee was strong and flavourful. For breakfast it took a bit over 1.5 hours and it did not seem to be that busy. The staff were friendly and the doggos were well behaved. Endroit incroyable. Visité 3 fois, les meilleurs brunchs que j’ai pu manger (vraiment). Carina et Victor sont exceptionnels, encore merci pour leur convivialité. Cuisine pleine de saveurs et très « healthy ». Café vraiment très bon. Cadre magnifique avec une terrasse couverte ainsi que des tables posées dans un jardin de gravier rempli de plantes et de petits lézards. Vraiment exceptionnel. À faire !! Very pretty restaurant but extremely hot and uncomfortable inside. And mosquitoes outside. They didn’t turn on the AC in our visit. Not even a fan. The food was very good. I ate here a couple of times during my visit to Tulum. Great atmosphere, food was always delicious and healthy, and the servers were always attentive. My only suggestion is to make sure you apply bug repellent to your legs because I got bit a couple of times during my time there.
