My friend and I went to this bakery yesterday evening.. we sat in the dining area, which was open for customers, although the AC was off due to some technical issues. In all cafes, restaurants, bakeries with dining area..etc. following simple standards, the dining area has to be out of service if there is any problem related to the services such as AC, especially during summer time. Instead, one of the staff got annoyed when we complained, and he told us that the manager is aware of the AC issue. Actually, we as customers don't care if the manager is aware or not, we care about the quality of service, which I can say "it was zero" with bad attitude of the management.
