TLDR; If you’re from a place with good Mexican tacos you will be disappointed, also expect a very long wait for a table and food. They have 7 tables, a couple of which could share two smaller parties. Expect to wait a decent amount before getting seated. 30 minute wait on a Saturday night for 2 people and they wouldn’t let me get a beer while I waited. Ordered the “five tacos and beer” special and they charged me separately for the beer. Tacos took 25 minutes to come out and looked great, but tasted mediocre. All gringos all night, tons of kids running around (which is a plus if you have them and a minus if you don’t). Margarita was excellent. 3 dogs quietly staring down people for food were very well behaved, very cute and very convincing they are worthy of bits of my tacos. Came here for an evening meal as it was recommended. Nice ambience and good service. I had the classic 5 tacos and a beer, but had to have another taco and beer as it was not quite enough for my main meal. The service was quite good and he overall value for one was excellent as the whole lot came to around 350 Pesos - great value for money !! Recommend Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $300–400

Only takes cash! Waiter first said the card machine was down, and could try again later. Then told the table next to us “cash only”. Then he said they didn’t have a reader at all. Unsure which it was, but bring cash if you’re keen on going. Tacos were better than average, but they were out of a few types when we went. The tortillas are fresh and home made, the tacos are quite small, so 5 makes a nice light meal. Decent prices, but be aware that they will try very, very hard to convince you to add on grilled green onions (tasty), dried crickets, margs, etc. if you only get the taco deal. The crickets aren’t complimentary, even if they imply they are lol. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

5T&aB was fantastic. Perhaps the most memorable restaurant from our BCS trip. Their tacos are made with slow cooked meat, which I like best, and makes service real quick. The vegetarian option is fried cauliflower. Guacamole is good too but a little expensive. The salsa verde is the best I have had. Staff is very friendly. And they take USD for payment. Really good local taco joint. We went for dinner and had live music being played. The tacos were good and the atmosphere was good, reminded of a backyard. I got the 5 tacos and a beer meal which was pretty good. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Wonderful little outdoor restaurant with a great ambience, doesn’t feel like you’re next to the road at all! We had the five tacos and a beer option, plus guacamole and some delicious margaritas. Cool little spot off the beaten path. Tacos were very good as well as their guacamole. The margaritas were insane! Price was awesome!

We had our Wedding Welcome Dinner at Five Tacos and it was perfect! The food was incredible, the margaritas were on point and the ambiance was amazing. They even recommended a local duo to play music that had the best energy. Paulina was the most responsive person I worked with for my entire wedding and I cannot thank her and the team enough for what they did to make the night a huge success. We will be back next time we are in Mexico!
