The London based French chef Michel Roux Jr is praised for his massive contribution into British gastronomy. He got the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award from Tatler Restaurant in 2012 and has been recognized as Chef of the Year.

Michel Roux Jr’ restaurant Le Gavroche has embodied his artisanal cooking approach since 1967.  The establishment owes its glory to the honor of being the first restaurant of the UK to be awarded with three Michelin stars.

His innovative restaurant 104 Restaurant in London, opened in March 2019, received a Michelin star in 2024.
